Welcome to the new QualityWings Support Forums hosted by Flight1.

QualityWings has partnered with Flight1 for all releases post Ultimate 757. In order to better serve our customers, the move to a single Support solution was necessary. There are however some traps that pre-existing customers of the Ultimate 757 can fall into, so this topic is desgined to ease the transition.
Previous QualityWings customers who purchased the Ultimate 757 need to be aware that the method of obtaining support has changed for your 757. In addition, the method for obtaining support for the 757 IS NOT THE SAME as how to obtain support for the New Ultimate 146.

NEW Support for the Ultimate 757
Licensed Registration is no longer necessary. All customers are free to post support releated topics without needed any special User registration. There may be times when you will need to contact QualityWings via email, such as when requesting Reactivation of your product. This is to prevent you from sharing confidential information such as Order Numbers via the Support forum.

Support for the Ultimate 146
Users will be required to register your purchase to access the Licensed Member support area. Click here to do so.
Product Manuals
While your Development and Beta Test teams (along with Flight1 Support) try to be as helpful as possible, when we look at posted questions that are outlined in the Quick Start Guide AND the Users Manual - you are much less likely to get a response. In INCREDIBLE amount of time was put into those guides to answer common questions. We also worked harder on the Quick Start Guide for the QW146 in response to critiques on the QW757...mainly thouse who just really wanted to get going as quickly as possible, but wanted to get a basic feel of the airplane.
If you don't know where these documents are, please navigate to the QualityWings folder in your Windows Start Menu. Of course there are times that the Users Manual doesn't answer a question...But over half of the questions asked here are answered in the manuals!
P.S - this is a very nice way of saying RT_M! LOL

Direct QW Assistance for the 757 Product (ONLY)
Because of the difficulties that may be encountered on some systems during installation, it may be necessary (and quicker) for us to directly assist you PC to PC rather than via the forum back and forth communication.
In order for us to serve you in this manner, it is REQUIRED that you download a small program free of charge called "Crossloop" which will enable us to connect to your PC.
Crossloop is tested Spyware free.
Communication will be necessary and will be via MSN messenger or AIM Messenger. Both can be downloaded and setup for free!
You can find Crossloop here.
When Crossloop is setup, you will need to click on the SHARE tab and then provide us with the access number to connect to your PC.
NOTE: The forum is STILL the primary method of Tech Support. Requests to connect directly will come from QW and not the other way around.
For Direct Assistance, please understand that we are not available at all times and please only contact us when you are ready to begin (Crossloop installed and available for chat using either of the two programs I mentioned). QualityWings Simulations is based in the United States GMT-5.

Using the Automated system to get licence and other info. Results in getting only information regarding Flight1 products purchased, does not return any information wrt QualityWings, just tried it.

Quick question.....I have the RJ installed on my main computer, but I would like to install it onto my laptop when I travel (or am on a break at work).  I know there is a license transfer, but is this in any way allowed?  In the future my laptop will have the FS9 version on it, with my main computer having the FSX version.

Hi, I have just purchsed Ultimate 757, (disk version), when trying to install it i have been asked for a serial number which it says should be inside the cd case, however there is no serial number inside the case, nor on any email i have received. I bought the product from flightstore.co.uk and have emailed them with the problem, has anybody else had a similar problem or now how i can get my serial number? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I just purchased the the 757, it looks like everything installed ok.  I can select the A/C in FSX, I selected yes to all the activations as well. The problem I keep getting is a eSellerate ERROR 25001 Serial # not found and that it takes up to 15 minutes for their server to update...3 hours ago??  I started off with a CTD, followed the steps and I'm told the A/C loaded correctly.  What's my next step to getting past this technical mumbo jumbo and getting with the flying??

You probably inserted a wrong serial number.
Please make sure when you type in your serial number that anything that looks like the letter O is actually the number 0.
You will have to re-install the product to enter the serial number again.
